No. Buyer Agent Options is completely free for Agents. We earn a referral fee from any homes you help our clients buy. If the buyer we match you with also has a house to sell, you are encouraged to win the opportunity to list their home, and we do not collect any referral fee from the listing commission.

We gather all the important information before sending you any clients, ensuring you have everything you need to provide fantastic service. We ensure our buyers are preapproved with a lender before matching them with an agent.

How Our Model Works
Buyer Agent Option's model is straightforward. Buyers pay a reasonable flat fee to our Partner Agents and receive a rebate from any seller-paid commission that is offered or negotiated as part of their offer (in states where cash rebates for buyers are allowed). If the buyer is financing their purchase, the rebate can be applied toward closing costs or used to reduce their interest rate, leading to substantial savings both at closing and on their monthly mortgage payments.
By offering lower rates, we attract a steady stream of motivated buyers—many of whom also need to sell a home—providing top Agents with a consistent flow of clients each month.
With Buyer Agent Options, Agents never pay upfront fees. We earn a reasonable 20% referral fee at closing, ensuring our interests are aligned with yours.
